The 90-day guarantee period begins on the effective purchase date defined in the buyer's signed purchase agreement. If the buyer chooses to cancel during that period, eligible amounts actually received and applied toward the property purchase price may be refunded.

Closing/documentation fees are non-refundable. Where applicable, payment-processing fees, loan-servicing fees, taxes, HOA/POA charges, recording/title costs, and other third-party costs already incurred on the buyer's behalf are also non-refundable. Any refund is limited to amounts actually received and eligible under this policy.

Cancellation and refund requests must follow the process stated in the buyer's signed purchase agreement. If this website conflicts with the signed purchase agreement, the signed purchase agreement controls.

SMS messages are used primarily for customer-care and conversational communications related to land or property inquiries, requested property information, purchase options, transaction updates, documents, and related support.

Where required, you must provide consent before Vine & Field Land Holdings initiates SMS communication. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Vine & Field Land Holdings does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free SMS delivery. You are responsible for providing accurate, current contact information and for charges imposed by your carrier. Our handling of personal information and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy.

The website's text, branding, graphics, photographs, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Vine & Field Land Holdings and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
